HP launches touch-enabled PCs
Technology.am (Nov 28, 2009) — PC manufacturer Hewlett Packard has launched its latest range of All-in-One (AIO) PCs, based on touch technology which is priced at $1230 onwards.
“HP’s latest series of All-in-One PCs combines the monitor and CPU and the outcome is a powerful, sleek and stylish desktop. HP has too introduced multi-touch computing for consumers with the introduction of HP TouchSmart300 All-in-One Desktop PC, HP held in an announcement.
The HP TouchSmart300 PC and HP TouchSmart600 PC aspect improved multi-touch technology, together with gestures such as pinch, rotate, arc, flick, press and drag, enabling users to shift, alter and share all digital content with natural and spontaneous movements. The AIO PCs are priced at $1230 and $1845 correspondingly, it added.
The HP Pavilion MS200, which is the company’s foremost non-touch customer all-in-one desktop PC, is priced at $758. “From touch to entertainment and multimedia, HP continues to showcase its technology originality and guidance,” HP India Country Manager (Consumer Desktop PCs) Ketan Patel said.
