"(This review is for the second Dell Inspiron Mini 10 I received). Glad I purchased this Dell mini. I would never confuse it with my laptop - the netbook is a little slower and the (smaller) keyboard size takes getting used to. And I have a tendency (when scrolling) to accidentally change the screen size. I have only been able to get a few tv channels, but even a few will be nice to get when camping, etc. I bought the mini for its portability and battery life and both have been great.

The first Dell Amazon sent me didn't work properly right out of the box. When booted up, the touch pad took 15 to 45 minutes to work. Dell support was very helpful and (remotely) downloaded drivers, but the netbook continued to act up. Amazon was great about exchanging the computer and the second one works great.

I have been a long time customer of Amazon and this was my first return and I was extremely satisfied with their service. Knowing that Amazon stands behind the things they sell will make it even easier to buy in the future. "
