the battery won't die after a couple years. Because the Dell laptop I have right now, the battery went completely to hell and it has to be plugged in at all times now. So I'm looking for a small netbook that has a good battery that won't die!

What Netbook would you recommend that has decent storage space, has as full size keyboard as possible (10" screen) has long battery life (eg five hours) runs XP and is pretty well built?
I also wondered if it is easy to synchronise your Netbook with your Desktop so that you can regularly update your files and settings back and forth between the two for things such as Favourites, Contacts, Photos, Music etc.
